One evening, he left dinner with his family, put a ladder in his wife’s SUV, and went to the house under consideration so that I could confirm whether a beam supporting the elevated deck was reinforced with metal or plywood. He worked effectively with the other agent to ensure a smooth transaction. It is no understatement to say that the transaction would have fallen through without him.
